Disability Advocacy
Where art and rehabilitation intersect
Through Gallery 21, Dr. Seir has established dedicated programs for persons with disabilities, creating an inclusive space where art becomes a vehicle for expression, healing, and empowerment. These programs bridge the worlds of contemporary art and rehabilitative practice, reflecting his conviction that creativity is a fundamental human right accessible to all.
His dual role as Executive Director of PIRS and Founder of Gallery 21 uniquely positions him at the intersection of rehabilitation sciences and the visual arts. By integrating therapeutic approaches with artistic engagement, Dr. Seir demonstrates how cultural institutions can serve as active partners in disability inclusion and community well-being.
This commitment embodies his core belief that art must remain ethical, inclusive, and connected to society — never confined to elite spaces but open to every individual regardless of ability.
